Lesley cured my headache and replenished my energy in just 20 minutes with a brief but soothing reiki session- I only wish it had been longer. She instinctively was drawn towards my crown throughout without any prior mention of my headache. She also picked up on tension that had been accumulating in my shoulders. I visualised different colours at different stages of the process as though I was watching a mini home movie catered only to me.
