I am Lesley, a Reiki practitioner based in Clackmannashire. I have always had an interest in the balance between mind and body, how the Earth provides natural sources of energy, healing and nutrition.
In 2019 a life event opened me to the possibility of energy work.

The word Reiki is the combination of two Japanese words - Rei which means " Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki is an energy-based technique that operates on the principle that the human body possesses an intrinsic ability to balance and support healing.
I get deep joy from helping others to feel the benefits of Reiki. Providing a relaxed environment, I will channel the life force energy that facilitates deep relaxation. You can combine this with crystal healing and / or a tarot reading.
